Drawing & Meditation

Much research has been done on the brain and drawing, and some has been written about meditation and drawing.
Combining mindfulness and the art of drawing produced radical results in my students over several months.

We aim for feelings of calm, higher capacity for concentration and attention, increased creativity in daily life, and a sense of wellbeing and connection with others and the world.

These sessions are fun and inspiring and lead to greater arenas of personal growth as well!
